  1. Grate beetroot. Add rock salt to taste. In a small tadka pan heat 1 tsp oil. When the oil gets heated add mustard seeds, hing, chilies and curry leaves. Put the tadka over grated beetroot.Keep aside.
  2. Mashed potatoes and add grated ginger, rock salt, black salt accordingly. add green chllies, roasted cumin powder and chat masala. Keep aside.
  3. Cut carrots,cucumber and sweet potatoes into thin slices.
  4. Now arrange the bread slice. First layer is of green chutney. Second layer is followed by mashed potatoes mixture. Third layeris followed by beetroot layer then add the veggies like cucumber, carrots and sweet potatoes
  5. In a pan heat some oil. Add sesame seeds, now place the bread slice over it and roast till it turns golden brown. Serve as it is with green chutney.
