  6. Add beetroot and peas and saute for 2 minutes
  7. Add salt and soaked rice (wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes then drain the water) and give a quick saute till the masalas are nicely coated with the rice
  8. Add water and close the lid
  9. Pressure cook for 2 whistles
  10. Once pressure releases open the lid and transfer the pulav to a serving bowl
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
