  1. 2 Cups boiled Ghuguni
  2. 2 Medium Size boiled Potatoes
  3. 1 tsp Oil
  4. 1/2 glass Water
  5. 4 Green chillies (chopped)
  6. 1/2 Teaspoon Panch furan
  7. 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 Teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 Teaspoon coriander powder
  10. 1 Teaspoon Tomato ketchup
  11. To taste Salt
  12. 1 Teaspoon Garam masala
  13. Decoration of Chaat
  14. As needed Sweet and Tangy Tamrind chutney
  15. 4 Tablespoons Curd
  16. handful Sev
  17. 5-6 Papdi
  18. 2 onions (chopped)
  19. to taste Black salt
  20. 1 tsp fresh coriander leaves
  21. 1/2 grated Beetroot
  22. 1/2 Cucumber chopped

Instructions to make to make Ghuguni chaat

  1. 1st bring Potatoes remove it's skin and transfer it to a plate and mash it properly add mix with Ghuguni.
  2. Turn on the gas place a pan add there little oil then add green chillies chopped and panch furan when it starts cracking keep the gas on low flame then add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 Teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and stir it now add mashed potatoes and boiled Ghuguni to it then add 2 Teaspoons tomato ketchup and add 1/2 glass of water and then cook it for 2 mins then add salt and cook it in medium flame for 3 mins also cover the lid.
  3. Now add 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala. Turn off the gas
  4. Now it's time to decorate our chaat bring a plate add 4 Tablespoons of prepared mix (Ghuguni) then add chopped onions, chopped cucumber, grated Beetroot, 1 Teaspoon of Curd, 2 teaspoon of Tamrind masala mix, sev, papdi add black salt, chaat masala powder and coriander leaves. Repeat the same process with the remaining chaat and serve.
