  1. For dough:-Heat 1cup water ina pan. Add beetroot puree and salt. Stir it well.
    Now add rava and stir till looks like a dough. Add ghee. Mix it properly. Allow it to warm. And knead a tight dough.
  2. For Stuffing:-Crumble gathiya in a paraat. Mix Chopped coriander. Green garlic salt lemon juice and fennelseeds. Leave it for 10min.
    Slit chilli. Remove veins and seeds. Wash it. And rinse. (Here I used 2 types chilli)
    Stuff mixture in a chilli.
  3. Now make a mid. Size balls from dough roll big puri. Over lap on chilli from one side and another side make cut marks. And seal edges on a chilli. And fry.
