  23. 1/2 cup Peas green chillies and palak paste
  24. 1 tsp zeera(cumin)
  25. to taste Salt
  26. 1/4 tsp haldi (Turmeric)powder

  1. First take pan and heat the oil.add zeera,onion and saute well.
  2. After that add carrots and beet and haldi powder and let them cook for 2 mins.
  3. Add rice,chilli powder and salt.and your orange rice is ready.
  4. For white rice take pan and heat the oil.Add bay leaf,pepper,cloves zeera,mustard.
  5. Add onion and cook for 1 min to soften it.add rice and biryani masala.
  6. Add salt and white rice is ready.
  7. For green rice. Take pan and heat the oil. Add zeera and palak paste in it.
  8. When it turns aromat,add haldi.
  9. Add rice and salt and green rice is ready.
  10. For plating, take one plate and put rice to make tiranga and add cloves in center.
