For green colour.Same way add beet root puree and knead a dough for red colour. Add turmeric powder for yellow colour dough. Now add garlic paste in a 4 th part and knead white color soft dough. Leave it for 10min.
  3. Now roll a big roti from all 4 dough.apply saata on each roti and make layer one by one. And make a roll. Cut in to pieces.
  4. And roll all pieces and make puri. Prik and fry on slow flame. Tasty delicious Rainbow satpadi is ready to seeve.
